I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?

Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you place your order. Normally we deliver it 2 to 7 working days after you place the order.

What if I miss a delivery?

If you are not at home, our delivery team will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. Call or WhatsApp our Customer Support team at +971 55 602 3204.

How do I schedule my delivery?

If you place your order, you'll be able to schedule your delivery date and time in 4 simple steps:

Add to Basket

Add the product to your basket and proceed to checkout.

Enter Address

Enter your shipping address. You can pin your location on Google Maps to help us find your address faster.

Select Date

Select your delivery date. Available dates will be highlighted in green.

Choose Time

Select a convenient time to receive your order.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

You can also simply call our customer service team on 042975936 to arrange for pickup.

Do you deliver to free zones?

Yes, but we charge 250AED extra for free zone delivery.
